Terms of Service

These terms apply to the AI chat assistants operated by Growth Harbor Automations LLC ("Growth Harbor", "we", "us") on behalf of local businesses, and to this website. By messaging a business that uses one of our assistants, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.

What the assistant does

The assistant answers questions about a business's services, prices and availability, and can book appointments in that business's calendar on your behalf. It is an automated system, not a person. You can ask to speak with someone at the business at any time.

Bookings, prices and payments

The service itself is provided by the business you are contacting, not by Growth Harbor. Prices, travel fees and availability shown by the assistant are based on information the business gives us. The business may confirm, adjust or cancel a booking, for example if a quote was calculated incorrectly or the time is no longer available. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are set by the business.

Accuracy

We work to keep the assistant accurate, but automated replies can contain mistakes. If something looks wrong, please check it with the business before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the assistant to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to try to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or to interfere with the service.

Your information

How we collect and use information is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data by following the steps on our Data Deletion page.

Availability and changes

The assistant may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance or if a third-party service it relies on is down. We may update or discontinue features, and we may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the assistant and this website are provided "as is", and Growth Harbor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use, including missed or incorrect bookings. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
