Delete your data

If you have messaged a business that uses a Growth Harbor Systems assistant, you can ask us to delete all the information we hold about you. You don't need a reason.

How to request deletion

Send an email to growthharborsystems@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

• The name of the business Page you messaged.
• Your name as it appears on Facebook.
• The phone number you gave when booking, if you booked an appointment.

We use these details only to find your records.

What we delete

• Your conversation history with the assistant.
• Your contact details: name, phone number and address.
• Your appointment records and the reminders linked to them.

If you have an upcoming appointment, deleting your data also cancels it. We will let the business know so they don't expect you.

When it happens

We delete your data within 30 days of your request and confirm by email once it's done. We may keep a limited record only when the law requires it, for example for tax or accounting purposes.

Messages inside Facebook

Deleting a conversation in your Messenger app removes it from your view but does not delete the copy we hold. To remove our copy, use the steps above. Information held by Meta is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
